Sessions & Fees
I believe in transparency when it comes to fees. Here’s a breakdown of my session costs:
- Initial Consultation (20 minutes): FREE
- Consultation 60 minutes: £50
Individual Online Counselling: £50 (50-60 mins)
Face-to-Face Counselling: £50 (50-60 mins)
IFS Sessions: £60 (50-60 mins)
Extended IFS Session: £90 (90 mins)
Group session: on a sliding scale, from £36 to £46 (2 hours)
Constellation Session online, face-to-face: £60 (60 mins), £90 (90 mins)
I understand that life can be unpredictable, but I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. I will, of course, be as flexible as possible in cases of genuine emergencies.
