I see therapy as a shared journey and I will walk alongside you.

Healing doesn’t always arrive with answers. It begins with presence, with someone who sits beside you, not above you.

My work is grounded in Person-Centred Counselling, where I trust in your natural capacity to heal and grow.

Together, these approaches allow us to explore how your experiences are held not only in your mind, but in your body, your relationships, and your wider story.

I work at a pace that feels manageable for you, without pressure or expectation. Over time, many clients begin to notice a shift ; feeling calmer, more grounded, and better able to understand themselves and their reactions.

What once felt overwhelming can start to make more sense, allowing you to respond to life with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

I have seen, again and again, how people begin to soften their inner conflict, feel more at ease within themselves, and reconnect with a sense of direction and meaning.

Who I have worked with?

I have had the privilege of working with adults from many walks of life, including professionals, parents, survivors, former prisoners, migrants, and those seeking a way back to themselves.

My practice is inclusive and welcoming, regardless of background, faith, culture, gender, or sexuality.

I’ve witnesses profound courage in those who sought to ease inner conflict, moving from fragmentation toward peace and wholeness.

Beyond the therapy room

I value quiet mornings and the simplicity of a slower pace of life. I feel a deep connection with nature, which is a souce of calm and reflaction for me.

Through both personal and professional experience, I understand the deeper layers of change the experience of displacement, adapting, integrating, and finding a sense of belonging again.

If this is part of your story, you won’t need to explain anything. You will be understood here.
